Retail Pro can capture and store a customer image to display with the customer record.

These images can be obtained from a scanner, a file, or a camera which supports Twain technology (a widely accepted standard for capturing video images). In the same way one can employ images of products and styles of merchandise.

In addition to static images, the system will store motion video and sound. As this technology becomes more widespread, manufacturers will provide multi-media presentations about their products and a Retail Pro user will be able to utilize them, whether for buying purposes, sales training, or to maintain a sales information kiosk.
