An access level is assigned to every report and each report group in order to govern who is able to run the reports. There are five access levels. The senior level (called SYSADMIN) has access to all reports. Each of the other levels has access restricted to the reports assigned to that particular level.

To make access levels effective, General Reports are registered with Security Administrator and access levels are assigned to user groups according to their desired clearance.
