A generated report is displayed in the Previewer. From there, the user can view it, print it, save it, or export it. Very large reports are laid out in sections that can be assembled to form the complete report. Often the user may choose not to print out a hard copy of certain reports, but rather call up the report on-screen when its information is needed.

Export capabilities from Previewer include sending the report to Notepad, HTML (for E-mail), or Excel for further manipulation.
