Tutorial Extension

This module integrates helpful videos directly into Retail Pro. After this module is installed, all you have to do is click on the big blue “i” (figure 1.1) to access detailed help from any Retail Pro screen.

The tutorial videos can help a clerk start using Retail Pro in the shortest amount of time possible. The topics covered in the Tutorial module are:

• Creating a new sale (Receipt) with or without adding a customer
• Receiving
• Inventory
• Special Orders
• Adding a customer
• Purchase Orders
• Using Customer History

After you click the button, a help screen appears (figure 1.2), and you just simply choose a topic.
