Gift Receipt Extension

The benefit of printing Gift Receipts can now be yours. This small, but effective module allows the clerk to print separate receipts for items, without the price. The receipt can be given to the recipient along with the gift so the recipient can exchange the item if needed.

The option to print Gift Receipts is shown when you click on the Gift Receipts icon (figure 1.1) that appears on the Receipts
screen in Retail Pro. Also, If you wish, the option to print Gift Receipts can be presented every time you complete a sale.

Once you click the icon, the “Select Gift Items” window will pop up (figure 1.2). From here you simply select one or more of the items that you have sold, and click Print.

A Gift Receipt will print at this point. You can also customize the Gift Receipt with Retail Pro’s Document Designer.

This module is a must-have for any retail business that sells gifts of any kind. The module includes a Gift Receipt design file, so you can begin printing Gift Receipts immediately, no configuration is required!
